Biography
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, graduating in 1955 in the atelier of Artur Nacht-Samborski. He was a professor at the academy for several decades. He made his debut at the "post-war" exhibition at the "Arsenal" in 1955. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, he collaborated with the Crooked Circle Club Gallery. In 1979 he received the Jan Cybis Award. His paintings are in the National Museums in Warsaw, Krakow and Poznan, as well as many collections at home and abroad.
