The vines are planted at an altitude of 250 meters. The grapes are hand-harvested and then subjected to carbonic maceration for an average of 18 days in concrete vats using indigenous yeasts. Aged 8 months in neutral oak barrels from Burgundy. Subjected to light filtration before bottling. Yohan Lardy, Cru Moulin-a-Vent Les Michelons - The grapes from which this wine was made were planted in 1903 in Lieu-dit "Les Michelons", near Moulin-a-Vent, on a bed of pink granite and manganese. This wine has aromas of fresh dark fruits, earth, lilac, smoked bacon, spices with distinct barrel notes. In the mouth, noticeable berries and blackberries, the wine is spicy and juicy with balsamic notes, with a very long finish. Matured for at least 12 months in oak barrels from Burgundy.
