The series of "Carnality" from the series "Otulins" is a stage in the process of building a color palette of the human body. The OTULINS series is based on the colors of the skin and physiological orifices. I paint mixed paint colors on my body so that they become invisible on my limbs. I create a library of human body colors. I use the composed palette to paint fragments of bodies, previously documented photographically. The next step is to build a color palette of internal tissues and organs and a color palette of blood.
The works are framed in a burnt oak frame and museum glass.
