Cast at the request of the artist's son and in accordance with W. Taranczewski's will, in bronze, by the Cracow artist Leszek Oprządek in 2019. Waclaw Taranczewski (1903 - 1987) prominent painter representing the trend of 20th century colorism. He studied at the Poznan School of Decorative Arts, the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts (under F. Pautsch and F. S. Kowarski) and the Warsaw School of Fine Arts. He was a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He was a member of the "Prism" group, representing color tendencies.
