The portfolio was published in 1934 in Cracow by the Section of Legionary Artists and accompanied the Historical Exhibition of the Polish Legions at the National Museum in Cracow. The exhibition was later also shown in other cities, including Lviv.

In 1912 he joined the Riflemen's Association and then the Polish Legions; from February 1918 to February 1919 he was classified in the intelligence service of the Polish Military Organization. Studied: at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow (under the assumed name "Kazimierz Raduski", with Jozef Mehoffer); after the war, in 1927, he resumed his interrupted studies (with Jozef Mehoffer and Jan Wojnarski). He made his debut at an exhibition organized in 1931 by the Cracow Society of Friends of Fine Arts, he also exhibited with the Society of Polish Artists "Art".
K. Dzieliński's oeuvre includes oil paintings, etchings, aquatints, he created still lifes, landscapes, portraits, in the last years of his life he undertook war themes. For his participation in both world wars, he was awarded the Order of Virtuti Militari and the Cross of Valor twice.
