Dutch painter. He trained at the Academy in The Hague. The artist taught at the Royal Institute in Willemsroord His artistic oeuvre includes numerous depictions of sailing ships against a low-set horizon line Leich's work includes nautical depictions, as well as genre and historical scenes. In addition to his rich painting legacy, the artist's work also includes examples of book illustrations, including lithographs depicting scenes from the life of King Willem II. Leich's works can be found in the Bronbeek Museum in Arnhem and the Helder Museum.
