"Around 1967, significant reevaluations take place in Jackiewicz's work. [...] awareness of himself and his own nature prompts the painter to increase the formats of his works to such a size as the momentum of his hand and the need for greater manifestation of emotional, psychological and aesthetic values dictated. The increase in the formats of the works coincides with a move away from painting close to nature. The realization of an increasingly fully crystallized vision was accomplished by the gradual elimination of the diversity of forms, texture and color range. The first silhouettes of bodies still appear in geometrized interiors. At the beginning of the 1970s, this motif becomes independent and becomes the only subject realized consistently [...]"
