Pawel Bienkiewicz was born in 1962 in Milicz. The main trend of his work is abstract painting. In his paintings he dresses the Machine of the Universe in snapshots of his own observations. In his work there are motifs of space, inter-dimensional transitions, undulations, vibrations, transformation of energy and matter, contrast of light and shadow, tonal play of colors, symbols. He creates his works on canvas or cardboard backing. Often the process of creating the work itself begins with the transformation of the painting workspace from a plane to a three-dimensional area. This is followed by fixation, painting a temporary deformation. The painting stage is followed by a return to a two-dimensional state with a captured "photograph" of the disturbance just caused. This is a kind of documentation of what can escape our attention and will not happen again. The artist also creates digital works, in which the main motif is also the manipulation of space, its multidimensionality, changeability, plasticity. Pawel Bienkiewicz uses the pseudonym "pablo" in his works, dressed in an elliptical logotype. He likes the aesthetics of the works of Stasys Eidrigevicius, Antonio Gaudi and the work of H.R. Giger The author believes that the most beautiful works of art are created by nature and man, imitating nature will never surpass it, but it is worth continuing these struggles because the results are sometimes delightful
