Biography
Painter and printmaker. Graduate of the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Gdansk, diploma in 1992 - at the Faculty of Painting and Graphics in the atelier of Professor Mieczyslaw Olszewski; annex in the field of graphic design in the atelier of Professor Wieslaw Dembski. Employed since 1993, he currently runs a studio of painting and drawing at the Faculty of Graphic Arts. In 2012 he was awarded the title of Doctor of Fine Arts. Since 1990, he has had 29 solo exhibitions and participated in 120 group exhibitions. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage (2004, 2010), twice winner of the GTPS competition for Gdansk Graphics of the Year (1992, 1997). He presented his graphic works at the 6th Kochi Graphics Triennial in Japan (2005), 8th Polish Graphics Triennial Katowice 2012 - Award of the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.
