In 1979 he graduated from the State High School of Fine Arts in Zamosc. From 1980 to 1984, he studied at the Institute of Art Education of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Diploma in graphic arts with honors in the studio of flat printing(lithography) under Prof. Danuta Kołwzan- Nowicka.
Currently engaged in drawing and painting. Works in private collections at home and abroad (England, USA, Germany, Bulgaria, Belgium, Australia),and in the Museum in Lubaczow, Nowa Huta Cultural Center in Krakow, Hrubieszow Culture Center, BWA Zamojska Gallery, Museum in Kutno and Museum in Bielsko-Biala.
He received a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and Art in 1997. Since 2016, he has been exhibiting paintings at auctions of the Sopot Auction House in Warsaw. Participant in dozens of solo and group exhibitions of drawing and painting in Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Thailand. In 2010 he was awarded the Certificate of the Highest Quality /Honorary Certificate of the Highest Quality - Short List/ of the VII International Biennale of Drawing in Pilsen /Czech Republic/. Received more than a dozen prizes and awards for his work in drawing and painting in national and international competitions. 45 individual exhibitions, participation in more than 100 collective exhibitions.
The artist's paintings and drawings are in permanent exhibitions at the BWA Gallery in Walbrzych, Nankier Gallery in Wroclaw, "Pod Arkadami" Gallery in Zamosc, BWA Galeria Zamojska, WITRYNA Gallery in Lublin, ATU Gallery in Lublin, Galeria Rynek 5 in Lublin, Norland Gallery in Warsaw, BWA Sandomierz Gallery, Glaza Design Gallery in Gdansk.
