She was born in Bialystok. She graduated from pedagogical studies and then completed postgraduate studies in "Visual Education" in 2000 and "Painting" in 2017 at the Faculty of Arts of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2010, she became a graduate of the postgraduate course "Designing a Garden with a Family Home" at the Department of Landscape Art of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
Painting and drawing are the artist's lifelong passion. The subject matter is landscape and nature, sometimes portraits. The most common technique used is oil. She also uses acrylic, watercolor, pastel and pencil.
Barbara Drzemicka-Kardasz has participated in Provincial Reviews of Teachers' Creativity organized by MODM in Bialystok. She has been a winner three times (in 2012-2014).
The painter is a member of the Marchand group of Podlasie artists in Bialystok. The Marchand Independent Art Gallery organizes several times a year exhibitions of artists' works and auctions of works as part of the Podlasie Art Auction. Barbara Drzemicka-Kardasz also participates in these events. She also presented her works at the solo exhibition "Colors of Water" in 2023.
The artist is also a member of the Association of Polish Art Creators . In the album "10 years of the Gallery of Art Creators 2010-2020" were published, among others, the works of B. Drzemicka-Kardasz. Photos of paintings are also in the Internet Gallery of Art Creators. ZPTS organizes cyclic exhibitions of the Roundabout of Art in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, as well as plein-air painting workshops in which the artist participates.The paintings were also presented at other national exhibitions, including "Hyperreal" at the ZPAP Gallery in Lodz, Art Derby in Wygielzow and in Szreniawa, Lesznowola, Jaroslawiec and Pila.
