Barbara Drzemicka-Kardasz was born in Bialystok. She completed her pedagogical studies at the Bialystok Branch of the Warsaw University in 1991, followed by postgraduate studies in "Visual Education" in 2000 and "Painting" in 2017 at the Art Faculty of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. In 2010, she became a graduate of the postgraduate course "Designing a Garden with a Family Home" at the Department of Landscape Art of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
