Agnieszka Olech

In 2002, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology, at the same time obtaining the RIBA Part II diploma (Royal Institute of British Architects).

In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in the studio of Professor Teresa Kotkowska - Rzepecka. Annex to the diploma in the studio of Prof. Mateusz Otręba.

For her artistic works she has been awarded several times by the Council of the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts and by the 4 Style Foundation supporting the promotion of young artists. She was also reported by the academy to the Ministry of Culture as a student with exceptional artistic achievements.

In her work, she explores themes of figuration and landscape treated as abstract forms. She is interested in issues of trace and human presence both in physical, real, actual space and in the consciousness of others. She works in painting, printmaking, photography and design.
