Hand closed, steel frame. Cross-barbed yoke, with rectangular whiskers. Rear arm curled into a volute towards the head. The front one refracted at a right angle, arches to the head. Wooden shaft, horizontally notched, bound with black leather and brass filigree. The cap with the bottom fixed in the socket of the rear arm. Top riveted with a head pin on the flat cap. The blade is polished nickel-plated steel with moderate curvature. Profiled on both sides into a single, wide, adventurous groove, reaching a short, double-edged feather. The hilt with a claw. Along the length of the pledge, on both sides amphibious and ridged, etched decoration in the form of flowered branches and panoplies. All etched ornaments presented on a fire-gilded background. On the outer side under the cap, against a gilded ornament, the maker's signature "Geb Bausse/ in Solingen". The scabbard is s t a l l o w e d , polished, with two links with movable butt-pieces on the back. Neck fastened in the scabbard sheath by a press fit. Collar with slots for lower whiskers. Asymmetrical spur.
