Consulate or First Empire period. Without scabbard.
Length of the saber 107.5 cm
HEAD: length 95 cm, width 3.1 cm at the base.
CONDITION: very good, head with traces of use. Decorated with engraving in floral motifs. Decoration on both sides of the head to about 1/3 of its length. Gilded.
HEAD SIGNATURES: not present.
HANDLE: closed, brass. One bail transitioning to a downward curved hilt. Two whiskers set on the hilt. Shank clad in leather with brass filigree braid, no damage.
