CONDITION: very good, no damage.
HEAD SIGNATURES: . On the back there is a mark of the Chatellerault factory, model 1883 and date of production 1886 - Mle d`Armes de Caht Aout 1886 (...) Mle 1883.
HANDLE: closed with basket-shaped, open-worked hilt. Decorated. On the cap the owner's monogram. Horn handle, clad in brass filigree braid. The braid without damage.
SHIELD: made of sheet steel, straight, with one riffle. without dents or other damage.
