Condition as in photos Wiktor Korecki (1890 Kamieniec Podolski - 1980 Milanówek)Polish painter famous for his atmospheric landscapes. usually wetlands and winter views bathed in sunlight. He acquired his workshop in Kiev, where he studied at the Drawing School of Nikolai Murashka. His further life was connected with Warsaw, where he experienced life's successes and tragedies. There he participated in exhibitions of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and established his own studio. With the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising, most of the master's works were burned along with the studio, while Korecki himself was deported to a forced labor camp in Leipzig. He spent the postwar years in Komorow and Milanowek.
