Medal for Bronislaw Pelczarski (1878-1951) - Sculptor born in Rymanow, Podkarpacie region, brother of Wladyslaw, also a sculptor. He initially studied in Zakopane at the School of Wood Industry, then from 1896 at the School of Fine Arts in Cracow. His professors were Alfred Daun, Konstanty Laszczka and Leon Wyczółkowski.
