Bulgarian who remained permanently in Poland after studying at the School of Fine Arts in Krakow. Between 1892 and 1902 he studied with L. Lőffler, T. Axentowicz, L. Wyczółkowski and S. Wyspiański. He received a bronze medal for his student drawing works in 1893, and silver medals in 1894 and 1897. He debuted at an exhibition at TPSP in Krakow in 1902, drawing attention to himself with a portrait of the prelate Krzeminski. He painted portraits, still lifes, flowers and was particularly fond of Tatra landscapes. In 1947, a large posthumous exhibition of the artist's works was held at TPSP in Cracow.
