Beginning of text on p. tit. : "Reverendi Patris Josephi Dambrowski [...]", after the main part with its own p. tit. After the main part of the text with its own title page : "A Spiritual Expedition on the Way to a Happy Eternity for Priests, for the Disposition of the Sick and Sentenced to Death; as well as for the Sick and Healthy themselves through various Acts and especially through an Eight-Day Retreat [...] to prepare themselves for a happy death wishing to die" (p. [7], p. 129). Author ambiguously identified, other spelling of surname : Dąbrowski, Dąmbrowski, Dombrowski ; according to Estreicher (vol. 15, p. 23) and the catalog of the National Library (and others) he lived in the years ca. 1630-1696, according to SPTK (vol. 1, p. 373) year of birth unknown, in 1697 he joined the Reformed Order of the Greater Poland Province, specialized in ascetical theology, became famous as a preacher, died in 1724 in Torun-Podgórze. Text in Latin and Polish. Light rubbing of paper veneer, more than good condition.
