Avery rare magazine of the National-Radical Camp. Initially came out as a weekly in 1933-34, then until mid-June 1934 as a daily, finally banned(25 issues came out as a weekly and a minimum of 59 as dailies). After it was banned, it came out illegally as "New Relay" (a few issues) and "Relay", until 1937.
