[AULICH Stanislaw]. Ex libris of Dr. Stanislaw Aulich.
Four-color woodcut on ark. 13.4xd10.3 cm. Portrait of the owner next to the rocket. Composition by Edward Grabowski, 1961 (signed with stamp "E. Grabowski. X1/4" on the back. Good condition.
S. Aulich (1884-1963) - lawyer, judge, attorney, archaeologist and numismatist, creator and owner of an extensive library on numismatics and art history, collector of ex-librises (30,000 Polish and foreign signs). He owned 117 exlibrises of his own. After his death, the collection was partially dispersed; its fragments are in the Castle Museum in Malbork.
