Czech's Cracow calendar. First edition of Kraszewski's historical novel; the action takes place in the 14th century, the plot is set against the background of the Teutonic invasions of pagan Lithuania. Fifteen full-page engravings by Andriolli engraved by Edward Gorazdowski. Infrequent.
