Marian Hemar, owner of Jan Marian Hescheles, alias "Jan Marian", "Marian Wallenrod", "Harryman" and others (born April 6, 1901 in Lviv, died February 11, 1972 in Dorking) - Polish poet, satirist, comedy writer, playwright, translator of poetry, songwriter.
Marian Hemar was the author of the lyrics of more than two thousand songs, including such hits as When White Lilacs Bloom Again, Czy pani Marta jest grzechu warta, Ten wąsik, Nikt, tylko ty, Maybe Some Other Time, Upić się warto, Jest jedna, jedyna.
