HEMAR Marian: ŚCIANA PŁACZU by B. K. Press, London 1968, pp. 39[1] 19.5x13.5cm
I wrote the poems contained in this volume under the impression of one hundred hours of the Israeli-Arab war.
I spoke them to my country, through Radio Free Europe, and some of them I announced in print in the Polish émigré press.
From themany letters that have reached me from all parts of the world, from the numerous reprints and translations into other languages, especially into Jewish and Hebrew, I know and am glad that my poems have not gone unnoticed." (June-July 1967)
