Base in white alabaster, with ornament in gilded bronze. The mechanism case of enameled metal, in the shape of a globe, on which there is a gilded bronze drapery with a star motif. Next to it is a figure which is an allegorical representation of Astronomy. The clock was produced by the Vincent clock mechanism parts factory, founded in 1823 and in operation until con. XIX century.
