Lithograph depicting a Madziar with camels and a cart in Perekop. This is not a representative of the nation of our nephews, but a people related to the Hungarians living in Kazakhstan and also called Madziars. Graphic from the Ghaut brothers' outhouse, well-known in Paris in the first half of the 19th century, signed "Maffet 1838". Perekop is the northernmost city of Crimea, lying on the so-called Perekop isthmus, sometimes called the gateway to Crimea. The print is framed in white passe-partout.
Piece well preserved, minor rippling and a few minimal red stains; db condition.
