Confirmation of the nobility / Records from the Ksiąg Szlacheckich Gubernii Litto-Wileńskiey Familii urodzonych Karolewiczów Jucewiczów [Karalevičius-Jucevičius family] "filed a record of the Family of born Karalevichs Jucevichs [of Korczak coat of arms] by which it was proved that the Family of Karolevichs Jucevichs had long been using the proper prerogatives of the noble estate, had the proper ranks and landed estates. From these Mikolay Karolevich Jucevich is taken as the progenitor and gave the world three sons Woyciech, Tomasz and Jerzy. Woyciech begat two sons Michal y Jerzy y onych sukcesorami ziemskiey [illegible] Lukian w Jasieydach testamentem 1698 Januarij 23 w Grodzie Wiłkomierskim aktywowanym made (...).
On the face of the document, under the titulature, the Korczak coat of arms in color. The document written in Polish on four pages of 23 x 35.5cm format, at the end of the excerpt a large seal [dry embossing] with the eagle of the Tsar under which the coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, around the inscription. Under the excerpt autographs: Stanislaw Jasinski[Vilnius County Marshal and Chevalier], Kazimierz Walentynowicz [Vilnius deputy], Andrzey Podberesku [deputy of Braslawski], Jacenty Mackiewicz [deputy of Kaunas County], Hippolit Tyszkiewicz [deputy of (illegible)], attestation of archivist Jozef Voyshevyllo, Collegial Secretary Teofil Strzemillo. At the end of the document the stamp of the Grodzki Court [dry-embossed] and autograph of Jan Zozikowski, Regent. Watermarked paper, traces of folding, tears in places of folding, small losses of edges, text legible, well preserved, similarly Korab coat of arms and seals on the document.
