The collection contains over 50 official documents from various Departments of the Kingdom of Poland, e.g:

- GOVERNMENT COMMISSION OF REVENUE AND TREASURY - "Having recommended to himself good manners and fitness for public service..... decided to appoint him Secretary Expeditor in the Salt Office at the Government Commission of Revenue and Treasury with an annual salary in the sum of zl. pol. 2000 etat appointed..." [signed among others by Jan Pomian Kruszyński - Secretary General] - May 7, 1819 - To W. Jankowski, Buchalter of the Salt Section.... I take the liberty of informing you that the Most Distinguished Gentleman, in gratitude for his merits incurred at my presentation by His Excellency the Governor to the Supreme Decision, most graciously deigned to honor you with a monetary gratuity equal to six months of his salary. September 26, 1840

A considerable curiosity in the collection is the request and response documents on the granting of the "Grace of Hereditary Nobility."
... "Having served 27 years in the Treasury Administration of the Kingdom of Poland, I am currently enjoying the pension pensions that I have received from the Supreme Will of Your Imperial Majesty... that despite the boon already received in the share of pension pensions for myself, I still dare to ask for a new boon for my children. Having three Sons, two of whom remain in the mining service of the Kingdom, and the third of whom, as a volunteer, entered the 2nd Learned Carabinieri Regiment in Moscow, I have made every effort to have the honors and prerogatives also bestowed upon them.... In hereditary Nobility.... I have most generously provided.... - December 1844
An additional collection of documents concerns the person of Julian Jankowski - one of the sons of Jakob Jankowski. Included are documents from the Mining Works, the Government Revenue and Treasury Commission, the Plock Gubernial Government, proofs of guardianship, activity logs, official excerpts, lists of service status, and documents from the Board of Guardians of the Old People's and Calves' Shelter Home in Góra Kalwaria - documents from the 1840s and 1850s.
All in good condition - one of the folders without back cover, two folders loose, soiling and tears.
Much of the documents handmade paper from the Paper Factory in Jeziorna - beautiful watermarks!
Official documents describing over 20 years of work in the administration of the Polish Principality in Warsaw, not often found in such a collection.
More than 100 documents in three period folders, including more than 50 official documents. A variety of official seals, dry and lacquer stamps.
