Legitimation No. 483 of the pharmacist, dated December 4, 1918. The document bears three ink stamps "Polish Army Hospital "Technika" Lvov" and "Pharmacy of the Polish Army Hospital at Technika". Dimensions: 13x9 cm. State of preservation: soiling of paper, trace of a sheet bent in half. 2) Confirmation of ownership of a horse from the Command of the 5th Legion Regiment, issued to Pvt. Stanislaw Dworzanski of the 1st/5th Legion Regiment, dated September 20, 1919. On the sheet the ink stamp of the Command of the regiment. Size: 17x10.5 cm. State of preservation: trace of folding and folds of paper. 3) Travel document No. 54521 for Mr. Jan Dworzanski, dated September 22, 1919, issued by the Headquarters of the 1st Legion Division L. 1328. The document entitled him to travel to collect the remains of his son with the permission of the Supreme Commander of the General Staff in Vilnius, from September 22 to October 8, 1919, on the route Vilnius - Turmont - Nowy Targ.
