A rare coin, the minting of which was one of the consequences of the collapse of the November Uprising. A tsarist decree of December 3, 1831 ordered that insurgent coins be taken out of circulation, while in order to "strengthen ties" between the Kingdom of Poland and the Russian Empire in the field of finance, the tsar ordered the minting of the first two-coin, Polish-Russian coins.Recently viewed
