Artistic periodical (published irregularly in 1983-1986),which, being a symbol of the Culture of the Whip - an independent artistic milieu, active in 1981-1987, reflected the spectrum of the milieu'screativeactivities. The publications contained manifestos and artistic programs, texts, drawings, photographs, collages, stylistically based on derision, sarcasm, jokes, scandal and attacking other artistic phenomena, but also on polemics. They werepublished in an edition of 200 pieces.

The magazine's title refers directly to the name of the dance,which"is a mystery, flitting between rage and happiness, a fewstepsforward and backagain, characterized by improvisation, there is no canon ofstepsand poses, the most important thing is the closeness ofpartners" (kulturazrzuty.pl).
