A reprint of the first nine issues of the magazine "Polski Filatelista" published in 1894 in Cracow was made by Bielskie Zakłady Graficzne in Bielsko-Biała using offset technology from diaposites made at the Anczyc Publishing House in Cracow, commissioned by the Board of Directors of the Polish Philatelic Association in Warsaw.
