The second part of the work presented here discusses "the fall of the constitution" ("Vom Untergange der Polnischen Konstitution vom 3-ten May 1791". The co-authors of the Polish text were Franciszek Ksawery Dmochowski, Stanisław and Ignacy Potocki and Hugo Kołłątaj.
