Alpha No. 2 / FIRST Edition

Alpha - a magazine published in communist Poland, combining comic, science-fiction and popular science themes. It hit the market in the same year as "Relax" (the second comics magazine published by KAW), i.e. 1976, and remained in its shadow.

As originally intended, "Alpha" was to represent a "more mature" "Relax" and thus be complementary to it - older, more mature, more discerning readers were to purchase "Alpha" and the rest "Relax".

Piece in nice condition, with scuffs on the spine.
