Top Pop: this is the only and finest graded copy! Alphabet O.0 - number 000.000, unsigned and with a red "Specimen" overprint on the front and back of the banknote. This type is extremely rare, both as a specimen and as an issue. Printed locally in Tananarive. Of note, a similar specimen but in a lower quality (PCGS VF35) was sold at auction by our colleague Spink in 2018 for around 19,000 euros (including fees).
