This is the second highest grade! Alphabet 0.0 - number 000, with signature and with a double horizontal perforation "CANCELLED" on the front of the banknote. This type is extremely rare and exceptional, both as a specimen and as an issue. To date, only one other specimen has been graded in the PMG population database (Top pop: PMG 53).
