Yacht Club of Poland, was founded in 1924 on the initiative of Antoni Aleksandrowicz. Of the more notable members of this club, one can certainly mention Ignacy Moscicki, President of the Republic of Poland from 1926 to 1939.
The badge is enameled and gilded, probably made in silver.
On the reverse side, the letters YKP and the date 1924 (in mirror image).
