His interest in art, especially painting and drawing, became apparent in his teenage years. In the second half of the 1980s, he takes lessons in drawing, painting and sculpture from Ewa Jędrzejewska-Drygas, Andrzej Bereziański and Wiesław Adamski. Jacek Juriewicz's works from this time are characterized by catastrophism, a consequence of his fascination with the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch, Salvador Dali, Zdzislaw Beksinski. This period, which lasted about 10 years, is rich with many exhibitions at home and abroad. Later, realistic tendencies appear in the artist's work - landscapes and architecture of his hometown, which will last until the beginning of the new century. At this time, there is an interest in the human figure, primarily the nude and portrait, as well as nature. The artist's works are characterized by high aesthetics and expression revealed in the combination of bright, colorful spots, which makes the viewed paintings (mainly portraits, nature) give the impression of dreamy visions or scenes painted from imagination. Jacek Juriewicz has repeatedly exhibited paintings in group and solo exhibitions. In 2010, he joined the international group of artists "DER ROTE FADEN". In 2013 he leaves the group and exhibits his works individually. The artist's works are currently in galleries MAD GALLERY MILANO,GALERIA ORANŻ ,BE PART OF ART GDAŃSK and in private collections at home and abroad. In 2017. Jacek Juriewicz was included in the British Publishing House LTD Encyclopedia of Personalities of the Republic of Poland, and an album on contemporary art published by ART. MANAGEMENT BERLIN included his works and an artist's note.
