This wine is a mix of classic varietals used in the appellation of Châteneuf du Pape. The owner of the winery, Randall Graham, was a pionier of the so caller Rhone Rangers movement - a movement among California wine producers, who specialized in the Rhone Valley vine varietals. The characteristic traits of his wine production methods is a very low intervention in the natural process of winemaking - for example usage of very low levels of SO2. The wine is complex and almost erupts in juicy fruits: redcurrant, plums, blueberry, mulberry. The wine need 1 or 2 hours in the decanter now and a few years in the cellar will definitely be beneficial.
