Born on April 11, 1967 in Warsaw, Poland. Studied at the School of Applied Arts in Poznan in the years: 1994 - 2000.Diploma in Painting in the studio of Prof. Wojciech Sadley in 2000. Paintings in private collections in Poland, France, Holland, Belgium, Germany, UK, Sweden and New Zealand. More than 50 exhibitions (individual and group).
"...He paints to capture and stop time. To capture moments filled with warmth and peace. His paintings, although maintained in a sophisticated range of colors, are built primarily by light. They are a painterly affirmation of the world, an expression of admiration for its beauty. But praise and admiration not loud, imposing, but expressed in silence and concentration.
The artist is not a greedy seeker of ever-new motifs, a hunter with a restless, tearful gaze. He almost in prayerful concentration studies and explores the same places, the same motifs, and finds in them everything that is most important to him. Moreover, one can sense his great respect for the matter of painting and the importance of the artistic message.
The climate of these works can perhaps most accurately be described by the French term serenite, which has no Polish equivalent, but conveys a state of serenity, balance, tranquility. That's how permeated with serenity and tranquility this painting is. You won't find spring euphoria here. This is the joy and serenity of mature and often even late summer with a touch of sadness floating in the air like a grandmother's summer. A serenity in spite of and above transience and changeability.
It seems that it is precisely a special sensitivity to the issue of fragility and transience of beauty that encourages the painter to try to stop it. As Marcel Proust wrote, this way of seizing the moment allows one to stand outside of time, beyond its merciless laws. We gain such an opportunity by communing with Jack's paintings. (...)"
