Biography
Artist specializing in ceramics, especially mosaic paintings. She graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, receiving a thorough education at the Department of Ceramics and Glass. For years, she has consistently developed her technique, combining craftsmanship precision with intuitive visual narration. Michalowska's art goes far beyond the traditional understanding of mosaic as a decorative craft. These are thoughtful compositions in which precision craftsmanship combines with painterly freedom and poetic reflection on the world of plants and organic forms. In her career, she has had the opportunity to present works in both solo and group exhibitions in prestigious exhibition spaces. Her work has been recognized in the artistic arena - she has received numerous awards and a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She has collaborated with various cultural institutions, including botanical gardens, where her works have been placed in the context of nature and organic forms.
