Magdalena Konior is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts i Krakow (1999), she defended her diploma thesis in the sculpture studio of professor Jerzy Nowakowski. During her studies, she took two six-month scholarships in Bratislava and Antwerp. After graduation, she focused on topics related to interior design. For several years, her passion for sculptural forms has returned. She began to discover artistic ceramics
What attracts her today in ceramic sculpture is minimalism in form and the search for the perfect composition. Color and texture complement the desired effect.
All this fun is accompanied by human faces with feelings, grimaces and looks. They are always in relationships, rarely lonely. They talk, look at each other, sing. Everyone will find something different in them, the feelings that accompany us every day.
Her works are created as a result of emotions and the mood of a given moment. Each work is unique, created from scratch. It never repeats itself. It may be similar, but never identical.
