"Supreme I," the first painting in the series #000000. Formally minimalist, it paradoxically incorporates every element of the reflected world, thus alluding to classical painting, imbued with content. The title Supreme refers
to the suprematist figures of Kazimir Malevich and at the same time a well-known clothing brand, with a name that emphasizes its irreverent uniqueness.
He graduated from the University of Arts in Poznan with a degree in painting and drawing. In 2012, he began his undergraduate studies in painting at the University of Arts in Poznan. He graduated with a very good grade. During his studies in 2015-2017, he also served as an assistant in the studios of Prof. Jozef Walczak and Dr. Wojciech Gorączniak. In addition, he is a four-time winner of the UAP rector's scholarship for the most outstanding students. Nominated for the Market Art. award organized by the Old Brewery in 2013. Four times nominated for the New Image / New Look art award. Nominated for the Three Bridges Foundation award in Warsaw in 2015, and winner of the main prize in 2016 in the same competition. Participant of the artistic residency organized by the Marek Maria Pieńkowski Foundation in 2016. In 2017, he graduated from the Master's degree program at the University of Arts in Poznań with a superior grade for his thesis entitled ETHER realized under the supervision of Professor Andrzej Zdanowicz, and, under the supervision of Professor Marta Smolinska, for his theoretical work "Light as the architect of the world. Diaphanum as a mediator between physics and metaphysics," for which he was nominated for the best theoretical thesis at UAP in 2016/2017. In his work, he deals with the concept of diaphanum and the author's issue of atmospherics, which he defines, as a parallel historical-emotional space; a metaphysical impact of everyday life steeped in the past. He also works with analog photography, from which he draws, feeding other fields of his artistic activity.
