Condition b. good to fine, poj. stamps with unspotted marks. Oflag II C Woldenberg - German prisoner of war camp intended for officers of the Polish Army (oflag) and their orders, existing during World War II. Its construction, which began in late 1939 and early 1940, was finally completed in the second half of 1941. The camp was built by about 500 Polish soldiers, who were housed in wooden barracks and tents despite the harsh winter. 9081/3
