Set after a soldier of the Polish Armed Forces in the West of the Second Corps commanded by General Wladyslaw Anders. The soldier, in the rank of platoon sergeant, did his service in the 11th Communications Battalion, and took part in the Battle of Monte Cassino, among other things.
Included are many items for one soldier's name mentioned above:
1. a pair of collar badges of the 11th Communications Battalion.
2. WZ 19 eagle with a small fabric pennant.
3. Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta 4th Class, made by the English company SPINK & SON London circa 1940-1950.
4.Silver Cross of Merit made by SPINK & SON London- signed.
5.Commemorative Badge of the 11th Communications Battalion with ID card- numbered. Numbering consistent with the number stamped on the badge with the number on the ID card.
6.Second Corps Commemorative Badge with ID card-numbered. Signature on the ID card of General Wł. Anders- a rarity! Numbering in accordance with the number stamped on the badge with the number on the ID card.
7. Silver Cross of Jerusalem minted in silver, hallmark - sample punch visible on the surface of the cross + Miniature and award in the form of a booklet.
8 The Monte Cassino Cross numbered 41237 with a Miniature and a bookend. The number visible on the cross is consistent with the number described in the ID card.
9.Cross of Independence from the period of the Second Republic from 1930.
10.British decorations awarded to Polish Soldiers of the P.S.Z. in the West:
a. War Medal (WAR MEDAL) + bestowal;
b. Defense Medal (DEFENCE MEDAL) + bestowal;
c. Star of Italy ( THE ITALYSTAR) + bestowal;
