The uniforms of Polish airmen were decorated with the largest number of elements of national character. These included, in addition to "POLAND" patches, eagles on caps and on uniforms, rank insignia on collars, specialty insignia, commemorative badges and buttons with the national emblem.
The following is a list of items representing a loose collection of items adorning the British uniform in World War II.
