PAZDA Zenon [1911-1987] graphic artist, illustrator, educator, painter. During World War II he took part in the defense of Warsaw, after the capitulation he was sent to oflag Woldenberg IIc (Dobiegniew), where he devoted himself to artistic and applied graphics (mainly woodcut, dry needle in the margins). The largest part of the artist's legacy is in the hands of his family and in the POW Museum in Dobiegniew, the Kórnik Library of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kórnik, the Tatra Museum in Zakopane and the L.Wyczółkowski District Museum in Bydgoszcz.
