One-piece badge, die-minted, on the obverse in the center one can see an open book with the date 15-17 August 1929, resting on a wreath of laurel leaves, around the edge one can see an inscription ( II General National Congress of Accountants). Reverse with visible counter, mounting post in the middle, round cap unsigned.
