The British pattern uniform belonged to Capt. Michal Michniewicz, pilot of the 318th Fighter Squadron.
Made of gabardine, fastened with four uniform buttons of the Polish type, but of gold color. On the sleeves RAF (Royal Air Force) distinctions - two sewn-on stripes, the insignia of Capt. On both sleeves patches "POLAND", letters embroidered in blue silk on a cloth pad of the uniform color. Above the left upper pocket ribbons of decorations: "VM" and twice the Cross of Valor. Above the ribbons the Observer Pilot Badge made in the PSZ, on the reverse signed "J. R. GRUNT & SON LTD LONDON". Silk lining in steel color. In the inner pocket the manufacturer's label and embroidered name of the owner. At the jacket sewn belt of the same material, with brass buckle. Fusillier of the British RAF pilot pattern, made of gabardine in the color of the jacket. It is fastened at the front with two gold-colored RAF brass buttons. Attached to the left side of the fusillade is a Polish Airborne Eagle of British pattern. Inside, it is lined with light pink silk, edged with beige velvet sweatband. Inside the foulard, on the lining, the manufacturer's label. Included is a square-shaped foulard of white silk, edged at the edges. On one corner embroidered emblem and the inscription "EGYPT/24.XII.40". The set comes with
